DSL Business Finance Ltd is expanding its team in Scotland and is seeking 2 enthusiastic, diligent, and personally organised individuals in the roles of Loan Officer and Credit Underwriter to help us deliver more loan funding to both Start-Up and Growing businesses.
Loan Officer – Edinburgh, Lothians, and Borders is an area of significant growth where we wish to underpin our commitment by appointing a full-time Loan Officer whose principal remits will be in these locations. Whilst lending experience is desirable it is not essential as full training will be given.
Credit Underwriter – To facilitate this growth we are seeking a part-time Credit Underwriter who will support the Loan Officer team who are based throughout Scotland. This role will be 0.6 FTE (21 hours) per week. The principal remits will be to assess Loan Officer credit submissions, by evaluating the information provided to determine the risk profile and in so doing make appropriate lending decisions.
