Lisa Tennant

Lisa Tennant brings extensive experience across the private, public, and charitable sectors to our Board. Currently serving as Chair of the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), Lisa has a distinguished track record in digital transformation and organisational oversight. Her notable achievements include overseeing the merger of Scotland’s Police Forces, driving transformation in the NHS, and working across the land and property sectors.

Lisa’s regulatory expertise is evidenced by her roles with the Energy and Communications Ombudsman, Consumer Council for Water, and the Scottish Solicitors Discipline Tribunal. With a background in technology entrepreneurship, Lisa founded and successfully sold a tech company, subsequently mentoring and chairing numerous startups. She deeply understands the importance of financial support and mentorship for small businesses.

A strong advocate for diversity, Lisa promotes Neurodiversity and is a Partner at Women on Boards. She is committed to leading a collaborative culture, emphasising the power of collective efforts aligned to a clear strategic vision
