John joined DSL in June 2025 as a Credit Underwriter. Having over 40 years banking experience, John brings with him a wealth of knowledge and skills gained in Business and Commercial Finance.

As a Credit Underwriter, John’s primary focus is to ensure credit decisions are consistent and timely, providing dedicated support in this important area of financial operations.

As a Chartered Banker and a graduate of Common Purpose, John is committed to maintaining and promoting high standards of service to clients.

Outside of work, John enjoys cycling, walking and following motorsport as well as spending time with his 5 grown up children and 7 grandchildren.
