DSL Business Finance Ltd is expanding its team in Scotland and is looking for enthusiastic, diligent, and well-organised individuals to join us as Loan Officers and a Credit Underwriter. These roles will help us deliver more funding to both start-up and growing businesses across Scotland.
As a responsible lender authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), DSL is committed to upholding the highest standards of conduct, transparency, and integrity in financial services. All roles will involve operating in line with FCA regulatory requirements, including but not limited to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), data protection, anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and financial crime prevention.
Current Opportunities
- Loan Officer (Full-Time, Hybrid – Glasgow & West Central Scotland)
We are looking for a full-time Loan Officer to join our team. This hybrid role is based in our Glasgow office and covers West Central Scotland, a key growth area where we aim to expand our presence. Lending experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided. - Loan Officer (Part-Time, Hybrid – 14 hours per week)
We are also hiring a part-time Loan Officer to deliver Investment Fund for Scotland loans. This flexible hybrid role will involve working with businesses across Scotland, assessing their funding needs, and managing loan applications. - Credit Underwriter (Part-Time, Hybrid – 25 hours per week)
To support our continued growth, we are seeking a part-time Credit Underwriter to work closely with our Loan Officer team across Scotland. This role involves assessing credit submissions, evaluating financial information, and making informed lending decisions in line with our policies and risk profile.
