Gillian joined DSL as a Loan Officer in September 2025, bringing over 17 years of financial and client advisory experience to the team. She began her career in KPMG’s Restructuring department (which later became Interpath Advisory), where she administered personal insolvency appointments and managed a team providing debt advice to clients facing financial challenges. More recently, Gillian served as a Branch Manager at Evlo, supporting customers with unsecured lending solutions and ensuring positive outcomes for each client.

At DSL, Gillian works closely with clients throughout the Start Up Loans application process, conducting detailed assessments of business proposals to ensure funding criteria, affordability, and viability are met. Her extensive background in financial management and client support underpins her commitment to helping businesses access the finance they need to succeed.

Outside of work, Gillian enjoys reading and spending quality time with her husband and two sons, particularly when travelling on family holidays.
