Lindsay joined the DSL team in August 2023, bringing a wealth of diverse experience to the organisation. Her career began as a Graduate Manager at McDonald’s, followed by an impressive sixteen-year tenure as Operations Manager at Cineworld Cinemas, where she gained extensive experience in leading large teams and managing successful business operations. She then spent six years at CEIS Ayrshire as a Key Worker in the Employability sector, supporting individuals in securing meaningful employment opportunities.

In May 2025, Lindsay was promoted to Senior Loan Officer. In addition to delivering her own loan performance objectives, she line manages a team of Loan Officers and a Loan Administrator. She also provides leadership in the team’s business development activities and contributes to the overall lead generation efforts for DSL. Her strong leadership, organisational skills, and dedication to supporting clients make her a trusted and approachable partner for businesses seeking business loans.

Outside of work, Lindsay is passionate about health and fitness. She actively participates in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and CrossFit training and holds a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
