Lindsay joined the DSL team in August 2023 , bringing a wealth of varied experience to the team. Her career journey began as a graduate manager at MacDonald’s, followed by a remarkable sixteen-year tenure as an Operations Manager at Cineworld Cinemas, where she gained extensive experience in managing a large and successful business. Transitioning to a new role, Lindsay spent six years at CEIS Ayrshire as a Key Worker in the Employability sector, helping individuals in their quest for employment opportunities.
As a DSL Loan Officer , Lindsay engages with potential clients, undertaking thorough assessments of their business propositions to secure business loans. Her wealth of experience, personal organisation, and desire to do the best for her clients make her a reliable partner for those seeking business loans.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Lindsay is passionate about health and fitness. She actively engages in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and CrossFit training and holds a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
