DSL Business Finance Ltd is expanding its team in Scotland and is seeking an enthusiastic, diligent, and personally organised individual to join us as Loan Officer to help us deliver more loan funding to both Start-Up and Growing businesses.
Position: Loan Officer
Location: Edinburgh, Lothians, and Borders
Type: Full-Time
About the Role
The Loan Officer will play a crucial role in supporting our commitment to growth in the Edinburgh, Lothians, and Borders areas. Key responsibilities will include:
- Administering and appraising client loan applications
- Handling enquiries and maintaining applicant communications.
- Liaising with intermediary advisers, referral sources and supporting clients with information.
- Promoting DSL services to potential clients through presentations and events.
- Seeking new loan opportunities and converting them into clients.
While lending experience is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
