Leigh Taylor joined the DSL team in September 2024, bringing with her 15 years of experience in the banking sector, primarily within the mortgage industry. She began her career as a Customer Advisor with HSBC and spent 12 years focusing on home lending before moving to independent mortgage firms.

As a Loan Officer at DSL, Leigh works closely with potential clients, thoroughly assessing their business proposals to ensure they meet funding criteria, affordability, and business viability. Her attention to details and commitment to professionalism make her a trusted partner for businesses seeking business loans. Leigh is also proactive in building relationships with introducers, expanding the referral network through strategic outreach.

Outside of work, Leigh enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their four sons.  She is kept busy running after them and looking after their 2 dogs.
